Posters were hung on the Stockholm Tunnelbana lines containing poems and quotes relating to impressions, sensations, and experiences of migration and living in a place far from where one grew up. The texts were collected from people I had met since arriving in Stockholm two years before. I compiled a list of all those I had met since moving to the region and reached out via email to the people whom I knew had moved to Sweden from abroad.
These individuals were from diverse backgrounds, had varying degrees of affinity to me, and had moved to the city under different circumstances and for different reasons.
We had met in different contexts.
